At NV Solutions, we strive to deliver services according to the specifications and timelines outlined for each offering. However, if we are unable to provide you with the purchased service or product due to any reason, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
1. A refund will be considered only if there is a clear, visible deficiency in the
delivery of the service or product by NV Solutions or its designated
representatives.
2. Refunds will not be considered if the customer has paid for a service and then
changes their mind after the order is placed.
3. If an application is withdrawn by the customer due to external reasons (e.g.,
rejection from a government department, portal, or third-party entity), no
refund will be processed.
4. Refunds will not be processed for applications delayed due to prolonged
processing by government departments or other authorities.
5. Requests for refunds raised more than 30 days after the purchase will not be
entertained, especially if the service or product delivery has been completed and
the client has been informed accordingly.
6. If a client remains unresponsive for over two months, the order will be treated
as null and void and will not qualify for a refund.
If a refund is approved, the process will be initiated and communicated via email. Please note that the refund process may take a minimum of 45 business days to complete, and the amount will be credited to your bank account accordingly. We assure you that all refund requests will be handled with care to ensure a fair resolution.
